Dried vegetable, garlic flakes are prepared from mature, fresh, clean garlic that is dehydrated and then cut into flakes.Material and workmanship are of good quality and the product is prepared in accordance with good manufacturing practices under strict sanitary conditions to minimize the possibility of contamination during product manufacture.  Specifications are based on products resulting from the suppliers current methods of manufacture and raw material supply.
