Detailed Product Description

Dried vegetable, organic broccoli florets,  which are made from sound, mature, good quality broccoli grown on organically certified land. Processed from superior strains of broccoli grown under certified organic agricultural practices. This product shall be prepared, packaged, stored and shipped in accordance with EU 2092/91 and NOP standards.

Dried organic broccoli shall be free of pests, pest damage, or contaminates from animal sources. Product shall not contain genetically modified components, treated with ionizing radiation.

Color and Appearance:       Dark green.

Flavor:                              Strong broccoli flavor.  No off-flavor.

Aroma:                             Typical broccoli aroma.  No off-odors.

East and Mold:           <1,000 cfu/g

Coliform:                    <1,000 cfu/g

E. coli:                      absent in 1 gm

Salmonella:               absent in 25 gm
